Philosophy
Whether the client is a high-profile, Fortune 500 company or a visionary, start-up entrepreneur, my philosophy is the same: Technology serves people - not the other way around. The digital creative arts must not stray outside the realm of human usability, and technology should never intimidate users.
When I design, I keep in mind that real humans - not hypothetical users - will interact with my work. When I teach, I ask my students to remember - there are no dumb questions, only dumb silence.
