| Challenge: Cingular Wireless' Marketing Department needed a custom end-to-end application to manage their high-volume, deadline-sensitive marketing materials process to effectively coordinate designers, printers, vendors and warehouses nationwide. Solution: I worked with Cingular Marketing Communications staff to design a system to meet the numerous, complex requirements while maintaining a high level of usabilty. | |

| Challenge: Promonet clients were not satisfied with many aspects of their daily interactions with the application. Solution: Using up-to-date usability testing standards, I created a testing process using a variety of formats ranging from widespread individual end-user testing to carefully managed client focus groups. I used the resulting data from these tests to develop baseline usability standards to improve Promonet's human-compuater interactions. | |

| Challenge: Promonet users needed custom user help manuals and quick start guides to go along with their custom Promonet implementations. Solution: I created template documents using current technical communications and usability standards, then managed the customization, review and production process for clients including Arby's (shown), Carvel, Cingular Wireless, Sony BMG, American Cancer Society and others. | |
| Lanier Technical College Website redesign | |
| Challenge: Lanier Tech's old Website suffered from poor design, confusing navigation and no maintainability, all impacting public image and student recruitment. Solution: I led a team, including multiple non-technical stakeholders and a technical/design contracting firm to redesign Lanier Tech's site. I also designed and programmed a secure content management system using ASP, Macromedia Dreamweaver and MS SQLServer 2000. | |

| Challenge: Traci's Learning Corner needed a brand identity, including a Website, that would separate them from their competition as a certified, curriculum-rich professional childcare center as well as provide resources for parents. Solution: Using Adobe Photoshop, I developed a corporate identity that expressed TLC's mission and built a dynamic, content-managed Website that allows TLC staff to update information. | |
