Lanier Technical College Site Redesign Challenge: Ryder Fleet Products' email marketing program served approximately 10,000 subscribers, but needed revisions to increase effectiveness and bring it up-to-date. Solution: I led our marketing and development teams to create a more user-friendly look and feel and implemented comprehensive tracking and analytics to gather detailed data on user behavior for each subscriber segment.

Lanier Technical College Site Redesign Challenge: Ryder Fleet Products consistenly ranked high in search engine results, yet yielded poor conversions at the page level. Solution: I increased the reach of our analytics to gather data on areas of SEO in need of adjustment, then implemented a landing page testing program in concert with optimization changes to increase page conversions and sales.
   
Cingular to AT&T Promonet Rebranding
Cingular to AT&T Promonet Rebranding Challenge: Cingular Wireless' merger with AT&T needed to be reflected in their current Promonet Online Marketing Materials Ordering System, used by Cingular Wireless stores across the United States. Solution: I worked with the Cingular Wireless and AT&T Marketing and Design departments to rebrand the current Promonet system to meet AT&T Brand Guidelines and create a user-friendly look and feel.

Promonet Custom Design - Sony BMG Challenge: Sony BMG Music, as a new Promonet client, required a custom site design to reflect it's target market and industry. Solution: I worked with Sony BMG Music personnel in New York to create an interactive design that enables business owners nationally and internationally to easily order marketing materials and stay updated on industry trends.

American Cancer Society Promonet Custom Design Challenge: The American Cancer Society needed a custom look for their Promonet implementation to go along with the launch of their Workplace Solutions Initiative. This site would be used for Human Resources agents in companies nationwide to order promotional materials to encourage enployee health. Solution: I designed a simple, clean user interface using ACS brand guidelines and collateral.

Lanier Technical College Site Redesign Challenge: Lanier Tech's old Website suffered from poor design, confusing navigation and no maintainability, all impacting public image and student recruitment. Solution: I led a team, including multiple non-technical stakeholders and a technical/design contracting firm to redesign Lanier Tech's site. I also designed and programmed a secure content management system using ASP, Macromedia Dreamweaver and MS SQLServer 2000.

Lincoln Funeral Home and Chapel Challenge: The firm supplying technology support to this Decatur business had qualified Web programmers on staff, but needed design expertise to effectively market this business online. Solution: I worked with the tech firm to analyze the client's online competitive market and needs. I then designed the site layout, including custom graphics, and built easy-to-use page templates for their programmers based on my design.
